At Viski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your barware and glassware. If your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original Viski gift boxes and protective shipping container to ensure they arrive back to us without damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
